500. Your 1054, September 2, 6 p.m. You are instructed to release quarters now occupied by Disarmament Delegation about first of October or upon termination of next Bureau meeting, unless in your judgment the situation subsequent to that date would require you to maintain the office for a brief period longer. Quarters will be obtained in building occupied by Consulate.92
