Department’s 17, November 18, 1933, 1 p.m.6 and your 28, November 24, 3 p.m.7 In a written communication under date May 22 the Siamese Legation again brought up the question of treaty revision, [Page 845] inquiring whether the American Government would consent to proceed with revision of Article 3 and postpone consideration of the question of revision of the other Articles. Both the Siamese Minister and the Department are doing all they can to expedite decision in regard to this matter.
