33. The Foreign Minister informed me this morning that Insull left Piraeus Wednesday35 at 4 p.m. for Port Said in small Greek freighter named Maiotis, owner Symonyminos. Voyage will take approximately 3 days and I have cabled particulars to Cairo in case this information is correct. Meanwhile on the basis of your telegram 10, February 6, 5 p.m.,36 I have told the Foreign Minister that my Government does not desire to impede his flight into Egypt.
