The Foreign Office notified this Legation this morning of the intention of the Government to expel Insull at the termination of his permit de séjour which expires tonight and asked that he be furnished [Page 567] with a valid passport to effect this expulsion. I therefore request immediate revalidation of his passport according to your telegram No. 58, November 22, 3 p.m.27
