Sir: Supplementing my despatch No. 959 of November 7, 1932, transmitting a copy of an Agreement for the maintenance of the non-partisan character of the Guardia Nacional de Nicaragua, I have the honor to inform the Department that don Adolfo Diaz added his signature to the Agreement in my presence on November 12, 1932.
