17. The comment on our speech has been favorable and in particular the members of the Conference were gratified that we offered [Page 31] concrete and definite proposals which are very generally felt to be a real contribution to the work of the Conference.
Points Nos. 7 and 9 elicited the most attention and seem, in general, to have been well understood.
Gibson
