42. Brazilian Minister for Foreign Affairs continues to be seriously concerned with the Bolivian-Paraguayan situation. Commander of [Page 738] Brazilian flotilla on Parana River has eported that the river frontier between Bolivia and Paraguay has been closed. Minister will be glad to deliver any warning or statement which with the support of the American Government he may communicate to Bolivian and Paraguayan Ministers stationed at Rio de Janeiro.
