124. Your 107, April 27, 4 p.m.65 Ferguson says that no agenda has been prepared for proposed Conference. In effect the Conference is simply a gathering of the representatives of the wheat exporting countries to discuss whether or not in the present situation it is worthwhile to try to form some plan for the betterment of wheat market and if so what.
Ferguson will give me for transmission a full list of those who have accepted invitations within a few days.
