I have received a note from the Minister for Foreign Affairs this morning in part as follows:
“I have the honor to inform you that the statement made by Sir Frederick Leith-Ross in his letter of April 16, 1930, to the Austrian Minister at London was issued with the authorization of the Royal (Swedish) Government and approved by it.”
