69. Referring to Department’s instruction No. 31, July 1. Press reports Government of Honduras has requested cooperation highways survey. Chairman of committee has requested me to inform Legation at Tegucigalpa that engineers can begin survey about Nóvember first. Please inform me by cable whether Honduras has requested cooperation.
