Your telegram number 95, October 27, 5 p.m. In view of the reported presence of Ferrera in western Honduras, President Paz requests as a precautionary measure that the Cleveland be permitted to remain in Honduran waters for the present. However in my opinion there is now no adequate reason why the ship should not depart at the end of this week.
