46. Your telegraphic instructions, no. 613, December 31, regarding Act No. 2932 of the Philippine Legislature concerning the exploitation of the oil resources of the Islands. Can you let me know whether this act has been amended in accordance with recommendations? Such action would be very helpful to this Legation in its negotiations with the Netherland Government concerning the Djambi petroleum concession.48
