The Minister in Honduras (Ewing) to the Secretary of State

Foreign Minister yesterday transmitted to Legation telegrams to President, to the effect that Guatemalans have penetrated further into Honduras; increasing forces to 400; interfering with construction [Page 86] work Cuyamel Railroad.
