In view of the situation it may be of interest to report that Richard Lloyd George, son of the British Chancellor of the Exchequer, accompanies Robert Anderson, who is seeking oil concession from Costa Rican Government for Pearson and Son. Refer to Consul Lee’s unnumbered despatch November 4 entitled “Trade Notes”.33
