Embassy’s March 6, 11 a.m.1 Chilean Government studying status of officers and men of crew of Seeadler. Appear inclined to regard them either as pirates or shipwrecked sailors. As first view unlikely to prevail, danger they may escape internment as crew of armed belligerent vessel.
