I have the honor to transmit the following from Consul of the United States at Puerto Cabello:

October 7. Spanish steamer Villamanrique desires permission to proceed from here to Barcelona via Venezuelan ports and port in the Canaries subject to same conditions as in original license which reads Habana, Puerto Cabello, Barcelona, dated September 27. Appears to be no objection to this change. Signed, Henry.
