Mine, March 6, 12 a.m.1 Two steamships from Spain being due today, one bound for Mexico, I urged upon President that pending general action upon censorship this mail for Mexico be examined. He has just replied: “I took up matter with Spanish Minister and it has been settled in accordance with your wishes.”
