No. 90. Your 81, Embassy’s 1366, May 28, 10 a.m.¹ Smith will arrive Madrid about June 20 to take up shipping negotiation. He advises and you may announce, if you approve, an extension of our arrangement of March 7² respecting bunker regulations to and including June 25. Cailler representing Swiss Government is proceeding to Madrid to negotiate for enemy boats in Spain.
