Sir: I have the honor to acknowledge with thanks the receipt of your note of April 23, 1918, with respect to the decision of the Royal Government to send a convoy to the Dutch East Indies in June next, for the purpose of relieving the personnel of the Ministry, transferring Government officials and their families and to carry military supplies for the colonial army.
