Sir: I have the honor to acknowledge with thanks the receipt of your note of April 23, 1918, with respect to the decision of the Royal Government to send a convoy to the Dutch East Indies in June next, for the purpose of relieving the personnel of the Ministry, transferring [Page 1484] Government officials and their families and to carry military supplies for the colonial army.
