2073. Referring to the Legation’s No. 2072, 22d. Our British and French colleagues concur in the opinion that the importation into Denmark of the commodities designed to relieve Danish unemployment before the conclusion of the negotiations now in progress would sensibly weaken our position and consequently jeopardize their consummation.
