Am alarmed at number of names you have cabled as ineligible for our enemy trading list. Request you reexamine facts concerning all names you have described as ineligible and cable result of reexamination at earliest possible moment. It is our informal understanding with British that supplements to British list 41–A, including consolidation, will be made in accordance with United States statute and our regulations for Latin America.
