Your 7127, September 7.1 Inform Foreign Office that Department has already made investigation of domestic sulphur supplies which indicates that latter are being utilized to full extent and are not capable of increased production at present. United States in urgent need of quantities of Spanish pyrites in addition thereto and no present prospect of reduction of requirements therefor.
