70. Germany and Bulgaria have raised the question of what the Greek Government as a neutral proposed to do with regard to the Servians, English, and French in case they were driven back into [Page 68] Greek territory. French Minister informed the new Prime Minister Skouloudis that if a single soldier of the Allies was disarmed by Greek authority the consequences would be grave. Situation acute.
