Reported British authorities have notified transatlantic steamship companies that future shipments foodstuffs from the United States will be seized unless before acceptance [of] such shipments, companies report to London names consignor and consignee, and description goods, and obtain permission to carry shipments. Investigate thoroughly and telegraph report.
