Rabbethge and Giesecke, Kleinwanzleben, to Alexander Fick, Omaha, to be consigned to Secretary Agriculture who will only reconsign to Fick on receipt satisfactory guarantees that seed will not be reexported. Exchange commodities impracticable. Planting begins December. Situation urgent.
