My 1639, February 19, 10 p. m.¹ Admiralty desires further details about American steamers proceeding to England in order safeguard their passage and asks for photographs, place of departure and arrival, route, etc., also, if bound for Liverpool, information whether by north or south of Ireland and approximate dates.
