1631. Your telegram 1106 [1105], February 10, taken up with Sir Edward Grey and a memorandum embodying its request left with [Page 102] him. He said that the Admiralty had already received instructions which he thought practically complied with our request but that he would answer more specifically as soon as he could confer with the Cabinet and the Admiralty.
