Mr. Henry Ford and party propose to sail from New York December 4 at 2 p. m. for Europe by steamer Oscar II on a peace mission.
Please bring informally to the attention of the Foreign Office that this Government is in no way concerned in this movement of Mr. [Page 79] Ford. This Department will refuse to issue passports to members of the party except for neutral countries.
