Goulder, White and Garry to the Secretary of State

Cleveland, Ohio , July 3, 1915.
[Received 11.30 a. m.]

On June 30 we sent to Solicitor of State Department account of interference with seamen on American ship Niagara in Canadian. Canal at Port Colborne,1 at the same time we wrote Canadian Minister of War. There has been no reply. Another case has occurred with the steamship Lackawanna. May we not have consideration and reply?
