Would Netherlands Oversea Trust receive and forward to addressees telegrams relating to orders for materials, shipping and other necessary directions, acknowledgments and transfer of payments, regarding consignments received through trust? Would plan relieve difficulties now caused by censorship? Is plan inadvisable for any reasons? American Embassy, London, requested to cooperate with your Legation on this question.
