Minister Dodge to the Secretary of State.

Mr. Dodge states that the consul at Tegucigalpa reports the cancellation by the Honduranean Government of the exequaturs of the American consul and vice consul at Ceiba, as well as that of the French consular agent. Mr. Dodge says no reason is given for this step, but it is presumably on account of the action lately taken by the consular officials mentioned, which was previously reported to department by the consul.
