Department of State telegraphed you on July 13, 24, 29, 31, August 10, 13, and 15, and has received telegrams from you dated July 15, five dated August 5, one August 6, 10, and 12. Have you received Department’s messages? If not, protest against interference with your official communications which are entitled to privilege.
