At Salvador 15th September union ratified. The Diet has taken charge diplomatic affairs Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras. President of Nicaragua notifies the legation to-day that decree will be published in a few days abolishing foreign office. My dispatch October 3 announces José Dolores Rodriguez minister to Washington for three Republics.
