The American steamship Indiana, laden with flour for Russia, given by the citizens of Philadelphia, will sail on the 22d, probably for Libau, possibly for Riga.

See that the American consul or some other fit man, if there be one, shall coöperate with Mr. Blankenburg, who goes as the agent to take care of and distribute the gift.
