Mr. Mizner to Mr. Blaine.

No. 148.]

Sir: I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your telegraphic instructions of the 25th, which were repeated to me by my colleague from Mexico on the 26th instant.

I have, etc.,

Lansing B. Mizner.
