Record of the proceedings of the tribunal of arbitration at the thirtieth conference held at Geneva, in Switzerland, on the 6th of September, 1872.

The conference was held with closed doors pursuant to adjournment. All the arbitrators were present.

Regarding draught of decision. The protocol of the last conference was read and approved, and was signed by the president and secretary of the tribunal.

The tribunal proceeded to consider a draught of their decision. At the request of the tribunal, Mr. Adams and Sir Alexander Cockburn kindly undertook to provide for the translation into English of the French text of this act of decision.

The conference was then adjourned until Monday, the 9th instant, at half past twelve o’clock, to be held with closed doors.
