Errata

The following error has been identified in Papers Relating to the Foreign Relations of the United States, Transmitted to Congress with the Annual Message of the President, December 2, 1872, Part II, Volume I. Please be aware that printed volumes have not been revised.

• 1. Page 722 (date of errata entry: December 5, 2018)
• In the original printed edition, the document beginning at the bottom of the page was dated as 1896. Based on the date of publication and the date of documents surrounding this one, the encoded date was corrected to 1869, but the text of the document has not been changed.
