No. 91.]
Department of State, Washington,
June 13, 1865.
Sir: Your despatches from No. 93, dated April 27, to No. 100, dated May 8, have been received, and have been attentively read. Your narratives of the public and private demonstrations of sympathy in Prussia, occasioned by the tragic occurrence of the 14th of April last, are very interesting as well as highly gratifying.
I am, sir, your obedient servant,
WILLIAM H. SEWARD.
Norman B. Judd, Esq., &c., &c., Berlin.
