Sir: In accordance with instructions which I have received from her Majesty’s principal secretary of state for foreign affairs, I have the honor to transmit to you an address of condolence* to the honorable Mrs. Lincoln from the [Page 194] municipal council of Sydney, and to request you to have the goodness to forward the same to its destination.
