SIR: Referring to Lord Lyons’s note of the 4th ultimo, requesting information concerning the fate of John Warrington, I have the honor to inform yon that, in a letter of the 9th instant from the War Department, it is stated that Warrington is a convalescent patient at the general hospital at Fort Monroe, but not able to perform field duty.
