In preparation for spring 1969 session of the Eighteen-Nation Disarmament Conference, a number of documents were generated by key government agencies during February and March that deal with the issue of a comprehensive test ban but appear in the chapter on the “Eighteen-Nation Disarmament Committee, Spring Session,1969.”
