The Agreed Statements and Common Understandings Regarding the Treaty; the Memorandum of Understanding on a database on numbers of strategic offensive weapons and U.S. and Soviet statements on the numbers of weapons on the date of the Treaty signing, signed by Earle and Karpov; the Statement of Principles and Guidelines for Subsequet Negotiations, signed by Carter and Brezhnev, are printed in Documents on Disarmament, 1979, pp. 199–221.
