324. Editorial Note

On November 6, 1963, Secretary-General U Thant proposed that Felix Schnyder’s term of office as High Commissioner for Refugees be extended for 2 years, from January 1, 1964, to December 31, 1965. On November 27 the General Assembly decided, by acclamation, to extend Schnyder’s term.
