Editorial Note
On May 19, 1954, final agreement between the United States and
Pakistan regarding United States military assistance to Pakistan was
reached. For text of the Mutual Assistance Agreement signed at
Karachi on that date, see 5 UST 852.
The agreement entered into force immediately.
