Editorial Note
On July 19, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development announced its first loan to Austria. This loan, equivalent to approximately $12 million, was to help finance the Reisseck–Kreuzeck hydroelectric power project under construction in [Page 1972] southern Austria.
