I and others consulted were fully aware potentialities this may offer for exploitation by Communist and other anti-American propaganda.
We are taking every precaution this end minimize opportunities such exploitation. Your comments requested urgently. We also proposing attach experienced press officer to Board for duration of its stay Europe.
