143. I discussed with FonMin today visit to Nor of technical reps Def and State as requested Deptel 104 Aug 12 rptd London Todep 66 and Paris as intel Aug 2, 8 a.m. FonMin stated that govt prepared receive team but that he will have to discuss time with DefMin. Most Mins now returning from vacation, with PriMin scheduled return Aug 19. He will let us know Nor Govt preference as to time but indicated possibly week of Aug 20.
