Received Toeca 1345⁶⁰ advise ChiGovt informally and orally that it may rely upon availability gold for future purchases its Central Bank to replenish outlays for purchase tin for delivery under existing arrangements R.F.C. Advise Green[e].⁶¹ State and ECA concur all above. [Treasury.]
