312. Director CUSA reports remaining ECA assets confiscated by Commies. These include all cotton yarn due ECA from CTII⁴⁹ and Hwahsing cotton mill, small stock flour and about 500 tons wheat, gunny bags and flour sacks and 14,000 Chinese silver dollars CUSA had on hand for operating expenses.
