Cantel 397. Perceive no objection movement JCRR westward (Toeca 93, May 16.¹⁸ fourth paragraph), so long as no false hopes that such action will influence resistance in any material way. There are in fact leaders with no place else to go who are desperately trying organize resistance from Szechwan. Nevertheless, my considered opinion is that Communists have capability occupying any part China they desire on their own timetable.
